b).Choose your product according the customer base you choose.

d).Quality and good taste, these two are necessary to ensure the success of your business.
What is good about this kind of business is that you can start small, very small you don’t even need to have a local to start so many people with big business right now have started from the kitchen of their own home.

If you do not want a real business such as food business, we want you to meet real estate, a guaranteed way to get a good profit.
How you might ask? Well it is easy, you have some money tucked away, and this is the opportunity to use it. Houses, lands, they are never amortized, in others words they never lose their value. As matter of fact their value maximize over the years so if for example you buy a house for fifty thousand dollars it might go up to seventy thousand dollars or more over the next couple of years and your profit will be over twenty thousand dollars or even more. Does not sound that bad does it?
