Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

The Rocket-Man of India who also was the President of India From 2002-2007, had a tough road to take to achieve the immense success he has gained today. Belonging to a poor family, he had to start working at an early age to contribute to his family income by selling news papers. Though his grades were average he was very much interested in Mathematics. His family condition didn't stop him from joining the Aeronautical Development Establishment of Defense research and he later went on to head the organization. The rest is history and his achievements need no instructions.



Amitabh Bachchan

One of the greatest actor's that Bollywood has ever produced also had his fair share of bad days. In his late 50's, Amitabh was facing a disastrous fortune where he had no films and money. He was also facing many legal battle's in this period. Funds were blocked in the production and distribution of his films and he was under pressure to declare his company as a 'Sick Company'. Kaun Banega Crorepati and the film Mohabattein got him the break that he needed and changed his fortune. There was no looking back since then.



Dhirubhai Ambani

A gas-station attendant and a clerk in a oil company went on to be the first Indian Entrepreneur to feature his company in the Forbes 500 list. Belonging to a middle class family, Ambani moved to Yemen to work in a oil company to contribute to his family income. With immense hard work he earned Rs 50,000 over the years and returned to India to set up a textile trading company of his own. He created an evolution with his company which is now the largest business houses in India, Reliance. His two son's are taking his legacy forward.



Rajnikant

Rajnikant who is now considered as a God for his people has seen some real bad days in his life. He lost his mother at the age of 5 and grew up with his 4 siblings while his father was working as a police constable. After completing his school he continued to work as a coolie, carpenter and a bus conductor. An advertisement of acting class during his bus conductor days changed his life. He enrolled for those classes and brought out the actor in him. Now, he is considered as Super Star Rajnikant and even has a temple where his fans worship him.



Ratan Tata

With big shoes to fill in after he was appointed as the Chairman of Tata Sons, Ratan Tata had a mammoth task ahead of him. His attitude and views for the company did not go down well with the other associates of the company which resulted in a cold war at the management level. His two companies also went bankrupt at the start of his career as a chairman. His employees had also lost faith in him with his decision regarding retirement age. Even against all those failures and disputes, he emerged to be a global figure today by never giving up on his attitude and looking at the long term benefits of his company
