Ingredients needed:

Soya chunks-2 cup
Maida-3 tsp
Corn flour-3 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Salt-to taste
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Curd-2 tsp
Oil-as required
Curry leaves-as required

Method:
  • Heat water in a pan.
  • Once water is boiled add soya chunks and turn off the flame.
  • Cover the lid and keep it in aside.
  • After 15 minutes soya chunks will be doubled in size.
  • Now drain excess water and washed with normal water.
  • Then squeeze the water completely.

  • In a bowl mix maida and corn flour and mix well.
  • Now add chilli powder,garam masala and salt.
  • Add 3 tsp curd and whisk well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add water little by little to make thick paste.
  • Add soya chunks and mix well.

  • Heat oil in a apn.
  • Fry soya chunks until it becomes crispy.
  • Fry curry leaves and keep it in aside.
  • Now soya chunks 65 is ready.
  • Garnish with curry leaves.
