Ingredients needed:
Soya chunks-2 cup
Maida-3 tsp
Corn flour-3 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Salt-to taste
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Curd-2 tsp
Oil-as required
Curry leaves-as required
Method:
- Heat water in a pan.
- Once water is boiled add soya chunks and turn off the flame.
- Cover the lid and keep it in aside.
- After 15 minutes soya chunks will be doubled in size.
- Now drain excess water and washed with normal water.
- Then squeeze the water completely.
- In a bowl mix maida and corn flour and mix well.
- Now add chilli powder,garam masala and salt.
- Add 3 tsp curd and whisk well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add water little by little to make thick paste.
- Add soya chunks and mix well.
- Heat oil in a apn.
- Fry soya chunks until it becomes crispy.
- Fry curry leaves and keep it in aside.
- Now soya chunks 65 is ready.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
