Due to poor eating
habits and hectic lifestyle, one may go through the problem of
constipation. It is caused due to poor diets, insufficient water intake,

1. High fibre foods:
High fibre foods such as whole grain cereals, seasonal veggies and fresh fruits are highly loaded with fibre and helps in relieving constipation. Avoid consuming foods with refined flour like pastas, noodles, bread and biscuits. Include green leafy vegetables, especially spinach, in your diet which helps in relieving constipation.
Brown rice is also abundantly loaded with fibre. So consume brown rice instead of white rice daily.

In order to relieve the problem of constipation, another way is to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. You must drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily to stay hydrated.
